It offers in particular digital lessons and books, exercises, quizzes, mock exams, detailed corrections, educational games and tracking dashboards.
Yekola SARL is not the organiser of the TENASOSP. The official test, its calendar, papers, marking and results fall exclusively under the Ministry of National Education and New Citizenship. Information about the test is given for guidance only; only official communications from the Ministry are authoritative.
3. Account creation and parental consent
- A minor student’s account is created with the prior and express consent of their parent or legal guardian, who accepts these Terms and the Privacy Policy and remains responsible for the child’s use of the account.
- Information provided at registration must be accurate and kept up to date.
- Login credentials are personal and confidential. Any use of the account is deemed to be made by its holder. In case of loss or suspected fraudulent use, the user informs Yekola SARL without delay.
- A student may hold only one account.
4. School accounts
A school may enrol its students and access a tracking dashboard. It undertakes to enrol only its own students, to obtain their parents’ consent, to use tracking data for educational purposes only and to keep it confidential. Specific conditions (number of accounts, duration, price) are set out in a written agreement between the school and Yekola SARL.
5. Rules of use
Users undertake to use the Platform fairly and respectfully. In particular, it is forbidden to:

6. Intellectual property
The Platform’s content (texts, lessons, exercises, corrections, figures, games, software, and the “Yekola” and “Yekola TENASOSP” trademarks and logos) is the property of Yekola SARL or its partners and is protected by intellectual property law. Users have a personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable right of use, limited to their school preparation for the duration of their access.
Official exam papers that may be reproduced for educational purposes remain the property of their authors; the associated corrections and explanations are the property of Yekola SARL.
7. Access, prices and payment
Some features may be available free of charge, others by subscription. The price, duration and content of each plan are clearly shown on the Platform before any payment. Payments are made by the means offered (including Mobile Money) and processed by the relevant operators.
8. No guarantee of results
The Platform is a preparation tool. Yekola SARL makes every effort to provide accurate content aligned with the official curriculum, but cannot guarantee success in the TENASOSP or any particular guidance decision, which depend on the student’s work and on the decisions of the school authorities.
Any error found in the content can be reported to yves@yekola.academy; it will be reviewed and corrected as soon as possible.
9. Availability and liability
Yekola SARL strives to keep the Platform continuously available, but may interrupt it for maintenance, updates or in case of force majeure. It cannot be held liable for interruptions caused by an internet service provider, a telecommunications operator, the user’s equipment or any event beyond its control.
10. Suspension and closure of accounts
In the event of a serious breach of these Terms, Yekola SARL may suspend or close an account after informing the user or their parent, except in an emergency relating to the safety of students. Parents may themselves request the closure of their child’s account at any time.
11. Personal data
The processing of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.
12. Changes to the Terms
Yekola SARL may change the Terms. Each version is dated and numbered. Users and parents are informed of any substantial change, and their acceptance is requested where the change requires it.
13. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the law of the Democratic Republic of the Congo. In the event of a dispute, the parties first seek an amicable solution by writing to yves@yekola.academy. Failing agreement within thirty (30) days, the dispute is brought before the competent courts of Kinshasa.
